Mikrotik Router RBwAPR 2nD&R11e LTE

The MikroTik wAP LTE kit (Model: RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE) is a small, weatherproof wireless access point designed to provide internet connectivity in places where fixed line infrastructure is unavailable or unreliable. Built for mounting on exterior walls, poles, vehicles (buses, trains, cars), or remote outdoor equipment sites, it acts as a self-contained cellular-to-Wi-Fi gateway.

At its core, the device is driven by a Qualcomm QCA9531 single-core processor operating at 650 MHz, paired with 64 MB RAM and 16 MB flash storage. The pre-installed R11e-LTE miniPCIe modem connects to international 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE Category 4 networks, providing download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps. The local wireless subsystem offers dual-chain 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi with integrated 2 dBi omnidirectional antennas for mobile client access.

Engineered for extreme environments, the wAP LTE kit features an IP54-rated UV-resistant enclosure capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 60°C. Power flexibility is a key hallmark: it can be powered via standard Passive PoE-in (9–30 V DC) on its 10/100 Ethernet port, a direct DC power jack, or a 4-pin automotive power connector designed specifically for vehicle battery installations. Running on MikroTik RouterOS Level 4, it provides complete administrative control over firewall policies, encrypted VPN tunnels, client user limits, and automated failover setups.
